replace the pieces of gutter that are just laying on my deck (been there 3 months).

Seriously I thought I'd be able to take a day off before doing all the above but I just got the phone call about someone wanting to come look. Ack.
Oh and I need to move all the paint supplies into the garage.

Question.....
During the showing should I try to capture Barney and take her with me while they look? Or is it okay to leave her? She is strictly an indoor kitty and very shy but her howling is a wee bit freaky.

Yes yes I am in panic mode, this is my first showing and um its making everything 'real' and apparently I'm not as ready emotionally as I thought.

When I bought this house I was the very first person to see it on the market, I snapped it up because I knew what an incredible place it was. Leaving means more than just moving, leaving means I failed. I failed my marriage, my job and this house. Its really hard to deal with that.

I got divorced 3 years ago July, then that August I got sick and was bedridden until about a year ago. So this all feels super fast and yeah I'm not handling the emotional part well. Plus the whole Tom thing leaves me lost. This is stuff I usually shove into my private journal but I'm overwhelmed and its wound up here. I'm sorry.

I have to echo the Butterfly sentiment.. it is sooooo true.

and diffantly take the cat with you.

Most people get squicked by animals in a house they are veiwing.

Plus the chance for the animal to get out is very high because they will not be watching the doors closely to make sure they are closed timely.

It is one of the major rules of house showing unless it is fish. They are just about the only ones alowed to stay behind. ( Horses if stabled are fine too.)

( silly I think.. but then I loooove animals)

i don't even recognize the kids shows you are all talking about. i do have to say, i watched the very first episodes of barney and power rangers with my kids when they were little. i used to like barney actually, i loved how the kids would sit and sing the songs with him, it was very cute.

oh yeah, now for my hate. let's see...oh, here goes, i hate miss pineapple from my training class, today she asked me for an answer on the "weekly test" and i ignored her so she told me she hated me, i shrugged and almost got an F on my test because the instructor thought i was cheating, then she followed me to my car at the end of the day and blamed me because she got an F. if this keeps up, she's going to become miss crushed pineapple.

I know the corp hun.. better then most.. and you need to see the trainer first thing in the morning.. pull them aside and tell them what she did.

That you refused to give her the answers... and she even followed you and harrased you.

If this keeps up and she actualy makes it through the whole class she will make your work life a living hell.

Go to HR if you can not talk to the trainer.

You need to be rid of her now.

she is 36....doesn't act it, that's for sure. she's been married and divorced 3 times although for the life of me i can't figure out why! i also hate that she's come up with the nickname "peaches" for me. some guy in the class (very elderly and cute in that kind of way) asked me a few days ago if i was from the south, i said no and then he said, "that's strange because you look just like a georgia peach!" i had to chuckle a little over that, but unfortunately miss pineapple heard and has tagged me with peaches.
