how's you and yours doing?

i thought of you when i threw some lamb shanks in the crock pot. thought of chrstine when i threw in a few lemon ice cubes to add flavour. thought of my grateful tummy (which needed some meet) as i ate the tender flesh. (oops, don't read purty)

Status: offline 		yes. i probably shouldn't, but this was all but melt in the mouth, and it hasn't bothered my stomach. not a lot bothers my stomach except if i eat too fast. then the burbs become a little less genteel than they should be *blush*.

but yes, i do tend to stick to mushed up/pured foods. not fun, but this too shall pass.

what hasn't passed is the salt CRAVING!! what's with that??

Status: offline 		is it a salt craving, or a craving for munchies (chips, etc?). I know when i am craving salt it is usually a craving for popcorn (ie comfort food)

Status: offline 		salt. v8, sardines, salt on smushed vegies. i just keep craving salt, even after i've just had some. something's missing in my system obviously. will have to go get some vitamins or an elixer i think. they DO recommend you go on vitamins as not going to get enough v's and m's obviously.

and thanks, can't have popcorn and i didn't miss it til now!
