1) repeatedly kicking english ass
2)  providing  the convicts to set up the australian  colonys
3)providing the staving masses who went on to become the majrity of cops in newyork and chicago to name a few citys
4) providing an excuse to drink in excess for an entire day and not have to worry about family interventions (st patricks day )
5) providing peace keeping forces for the EU that are the only national force that start less fights than they prevent
6) creating ME

I don't think I have to get a release for work unless work wants one....maybe I should go get my discharge paperwork and check.  I just can't sit still, even though I hurt....the boredom is worse than the pain!  Altho, I was talking to a doctor friend who also used the term "major surgery", but I figured it wasn't cuz it's done all the time now......maybe I should listen to ya'll......it didn't dawn on me til I was talking to my buddy that I was in the hospital a grand total of 2 1/2 days...and that was including having the surgery.......it felt like a week!  But, I could walk, and keep food down.....that was the goal......why am I so STUBBORN?????  OY!

just because it is a common surgery doesn't mean it's minor. Don't forget you had a body organ removed. Although...it is nowhere nearly as bad as it used to be.
