Status: offline 		i love that i got a cmail that just made me laugh out loud...someone telling me that when i move to PA, not to smile or they'll know i'm not a native and not to tell them i'm from UT because they aren't fond of europeans.  now i know he is just joking around so nobody take offense please, i just thought it was hysterical!

Imagine this, you lying face down on the stability ball, walking forward on your hands until the ball is at your ankles then walking backwards. All this time a hot guy is straddling you from behind for *cough* balance and his hands move along your body, holding your hips, thighs, belly as you move forward & backward. Talk about HOT STUFF!!!!  Whew, is it warm in here to you???  <fanning self>  I asked him afterward if he was ready for a cigarette.

Some great exercises are using the ball in a push up position. try having the ball at your ankles and then rolling it in (so knees are at chest) and out. Also rolling it so the ball is going side to side(ball ends up at outer ankle and back) for obliques also pike the body in a V shape and back out. Great core and all over body workout. Can you tell I love the ball?

Status: offline 		  Actually, this is good! I was kinda wondering what I could do around here for exercise and a stability ball would do the trick. (If I need a Man to straddle me, well, I'm sure Daddy would volunteer. Ohhhhhhh, the possibilities!)
