Sometimes with my muscle problems the next morning is horrible. Every muscle is complaining. If I have a particularly bad muscle day I will take a couple of muscle relaxers for preventive measures.

I wanna a pain killer.....while my Dr will give out muscles relaxers by the pound he hasn't as of yet got the hint that my muscular pain does get the best of me sometimes and something more than Tylenol would come in handy.

I hate it that because I am unemployed and couldnt afford cobra my meds were going to cost 186.00! All these meds are generic! So I was tring to figure out what I can go without. First I thought the budoprien, but then I thought i might go crazy cause thats for my anxiety and stuff. I need the Bp medicine and thats only 15. The mini pill is 33. But Wardens clipped, so i only use it for low dose HRT so my flow is lighter and my PMS isnt as severe. So its the budeprion that so expensive. I signed up for the pharmacy's club and can save 30 dollars . So I think I'm gonna give up the pill and keep the things I think I truly need.

No it is not fun getting older. I could name several other irriating things due to getting older but its morning and some havent had breakfest LOL

I can go back to bed if I want and hell frequently do, but the snow is calling my name and overriding my overwhelming sense of leaving the apt. I need to pick up an package which has to do with that damn getting older chit

Luscious..call your Dr's and see if they can get you samples to tide you over. Also check Target and Wal-mart to see if they or their equivalent are on their $4 generics list. They have been expanding the list of generic meds they offer.

Holly you forgot to tip the garbage men again didn't you? Try the bushes on the other side of the road.

poenkitten, my hips and knees hurt like bloody hell at times for no apparent reason. Have all my life. Course, I've been a bit rough on them too... Now I know why the wrists, elbows and hands hurt.

Expiry dates suck Didn't think we had them on our bodies.

Sigh...I was hoping Luscious....perhaps your local public health or free clinic can help as well. Cobra is So damned expensive I have always wondered how they expect anyone unemployed to afford it. That is when you need low cost the most and it is always higher than you paid or can afford to.

Sometimes cobra is the only option. For those with pre-existing conditions, it is garanteed.

Yeah but if you don't have it coming in..it's hard to send it out and you only have a limited time to sign up for it...while Unemployment can take up to a month to kick in depending on the situation.

I know. Tell that to a friend of mine who is recoving from spinal cancer and losing his job. His wife will probably have to work 2 jobs to help them have enough money to pay for his COBRA, but he has no choice, can't be without insurance at this point in time.

For me the COBRA is so much cheaper than paying for my meds, that I *have* to figure out how to pay for it. I have a part-time job right now that offers health insurance, but it's not as good as the COBRA. It is 1/3 the cost, but I think that I would end up paying for pre-existing again. The health insurance issue in this country is huge. But it is a Capitalist system & the insurance companies are for-profit businesses. Until that changes, this is what we have to deal with.
