I hate it when the commercials come on so loud that my ears feel like they are being stabbed with ice picks and meeting at the center of my brain. Geez, nothing needs to be that loud. (unless it's a really good song, played late at night, while driving along a stretch of highway, where it's just the car, the music, and the road...)

I wanna know what the hell's going on????? Just finished watching CSI and Gil Grissom is leaving. Lawrence Fishbourne is ok but fuck, Gil was the top dawg!

I hate commercials too! Ugh. Just makes me mute it or change the channel.
Damn commercial makers actually make them louder, the broadcaster has nothing to do with the volume they come out as. ~ I know I asked and bitched about it when my office was right by the studio entrance at work.

booked my flight on Orbitz and when i went and looked at my bank statement online it said they only took $6.99.hmmmmmmm...they sent me a confirmation via e-mail with the charge 186.59 to my debit card...do you think i really am going to get this flight to Orlando for $6.99. i checked on the Delta airline site and i have a confirmed reservation according to them. there is no 800 number for Orbitz that i could find.
i hate wondering if i have a flight booked or not. this is wayyyyyy too important of a flight!

Sounds like someone made a clerical error. SO if you are confirmed, you are confirmed. The question is are you gonna call them up and so "Oh, you under charged me or are you going to consider it a gift from God?

i have it printed out locator numbers, confirmation numbers and it says i paid $186.59. this is looking like a gift from god and/or signs that this move to Florida is going to be more enriching than i could imagine.

I hate it that even though it has made the chances of Warden coming to the wedding more assured because he will not be taking as much time from work as he thought before, i hate that it means his son will not be returning home from Afganhistan for a visit.

I hate it that Grissom is leaving, too. He's yummy. However, I'm willing to switch my affections to Fishbourne. (I'm easy.) My ex worked with Wesley Snipes' cousin at IAD. Nice guy, he said, looked like brothers.

I'm more than willing to make the journey to Florida, given that the windchill tonight is supposed to make it feel like -9*F here. (ewww)

Everhope, doll baby, give it a few days and see what your bank says your account is at. I wouldn't spend the "missing" money, as too likely, they will probably figure out the goof and make the correction in the future. (Just look at the recent case in PA where the couple had a deposit for $172.00 go into their account as $172,000.00, so they took the money out and bought a home in FL. They were just recently caught and put in prison for taking money under false pretenses.) Although, $180.00 is a lot different, but who knows? I'm just thrilled that you are getting to make this move. How wonderful is that? *squee!!!*

I hate it when DB attributes my slight emotional "tremor" tonight (I got weepy when we were talking about something earlier) to possible PMS. (The week before, I'm almost always easily weepy or incredibly quick-tempered.) I told Him that there was no way that was the case, and it was because I feel very strongly about the subject matter. Then I go and check the calendar, and dammitall, my "moon" should be high in the sky in less than a week.

I hate this time of year.

No, it's not a glitch. Orbitz does it in two transactions; Travelocity uses one. Orbitz charged you the booking fee or something; the rest of the transaction will show up, usually within 48 hours.

different than any other times i have booked flights with them. they have always taken the full amount all at the same time.
