Well damn I mised the mandatory blackout tonight so sitting here the dark waiting for meds to kick in......sis is in her bed snoring so wont know if I stayed up past my widdle bedtime LOL

Will you come do mine where we dumped everything that wife decided which was mostly junk, in storage for 2 years which I got stuck with the bill.....hasnt even be checked on since Im like 2-3 thousand miles away. No one back home can even be bother to check it., despite my sis there having a key.....yes yes love my family gee what a bunch of lazy asses.

I feel your pain.  Out of 8 kids, I was the only one to pay for it, go through it, etc.  It belonged to my grammy, my parents, and some of my and the ex's stuff.  What burned my ass was that one of my sister's had the nerve to ask me if I had seen this or that widget, and when I said, "Yes, it went to the landfill months ago," she got all stunned and was almost hurt to her soul.  So, I fell back on my Dad's standard reply for me to say to snarky sibs: "Dad said it was what he wanted to do with it, and that if anyone was concerned about it, they had 3 or more years to go through it, and let it pass them by.  He says to talk to him about it.  Wanna use my cell phone to call him?"

Status: offline 		i hate it that over the past weekend when i was up in sydney, the sis outlaw goes to the dr for breast pain. she discovers she's got lumps in both breasts. over the long weekend we had to wait for her to get in to see the dr. the whole shebang. mammograms, ultrasounds and needle biopsy. i had to leave before she got the report.

she's got cancer in one breast.

i hate that she can't talk right now and i'm worried about how advanced it is. i hate it that my fave sis outlaw in the whole wide world is sick.

i hate it that when she needs me for hugs (other than mom and hubby hugs), i'm in a fricken whole other city!

i hate being helpess for someone i love

just talked to her. she sees the specialist tomorrow for more info. i'm sure they'll schedule her for surgery asap and chemo and radio after that.

i have promised her soft squishy hats (she is looking forward to that) and some funky do-wraps. and to poke death in the eye, i've got a particularly nifty skull and crossbones death head that will make a wild do wrap. i wonder if i can get it in bright pink?

all things considered she's taking it MUCH better than i expected.
