Omron Low Frequency Electrotherapy Electronic Pulse Massager Model HV-F126.
Although this particular model I believe has been discontinued, new and replacement pads are easily found on the Internet.
Has numerous different settings as seen by the various buttons on the front of the unit, as well as described in the instructions.
Comes as shown in photograph, with Main unit, Type K Electrode Cord, Electrode Holder, 2 AAA Batteries, One Set (2) Big Pads, Complete Instructions, and a Soft Carry Pouch.
Effects can be described as similar to a TENS Unit, Folsom Power Box, Eros Tek Power Box, or PES Power Box.
Has one output, compatible with 1/8" banana plug.
