Sorry to derail such a fascinating exchange & I'm dying to know the answer to that question myself, Cali, but I have an I hate it to throw in right about here.

I hate it when I'm fine all day, then when I'm all packed & go to take my shower so that I can get to stage one of this departure adventure I have a full-blown panic attack. I phukkin hate panic attacks!! Although I do love the ativan.
