Status: offline 		Ihate that the corp. network admins have made it so that I cant do ANYTHING on the computers at work anymore except mapquest and crap like that... no more checking email, no more IMing, no more CM.

Status: offline 		There may be better instructions on the Canon web-site or a tech forum for their users.  Don't feel bad, most of the time those instructions are written by engineers.

Status: offline 		Actually it is worse..the instructions are written by technical Writers..who may never have even SEEN the device, just got a schematic and disjointed directions and told clean it up. The oddest one I ever got ( and no it wasn't for a bicycle) was for a DVD player...after opening here, removing the Styrofoam, and the player, cables and batteries I finally came to the directions sealed in a plastic bag. On the front cover it stated in big BOLD letters..remove and read these instructions BEFORE removing the player from the box. All I could do was laugh until I cried tears.
