Sunny, i figured since i can't keep much down i might eat something that looks pretty when it comes back up.....

i'm sorry you are not feeling well.... Have you tried a hot compress (uh... here that means a rice thingy heated in the microwave) on Your sinuses... Sometimes that helps me....

i hate it when i constantly feel like i have a low grade fever and i'm not sure if i do or if it's just stress or ambient heat from the weather

i hate it when i love my work but hate some aspects of overall management and the latter keeps imposing on the former

i hate it that i'm becoming part of the "i hate" culture at work. MUST work on being neutral or passive positive

sigh.

i've got a take on that little saying myself

i hate that some days no matter how hard he tries, sometimes my oldest can't communicate what he's trying to say. i feel like such a jerk for not being able to understand him at those times.

Greedy, do you know what causing it? Tension, sinus or just a brain headache...each have a certain way to help get rid of..

And for anyone with sinus problems due to a cold flu or even allergies, I highly recommend a sinus cleanse kit available at most drugstore. While it might be ick or TMI, and not all that pleasant but not in a hurting way more a reactionary way. It will cleanse anything and everything stuck in your sinus's and not only help prevent infection, but take away anything that doesnt belong there. If you use it daily if you can handle, its practically a sure for allergies that affect the sinus or keep an infection at bay during any common illness it affects. virus or bacterial.

I also use a product called Ayr...I love it, comes in a gel spray or tubed and will lossen any build up and safe to use as needed as its just a saline gel. I simply cannot stand the feeling of anything in my nose or sinus and also lubricates the nostril

Sorry if its tmi but both do work. I would be lost in the rare occassions I do suffer from winter dryness or allergies.
Im blessed to have a superior immune system and rarely catch a cold or flu despite everyone in the house having one, if I do its usually a one day yuckie symptoms and gone the next day. Why this happens I have no clue, but rarely if evey need anything for any kind of infection.

I also have a tried and true way of chest congestion and keeping some infections at bay and will be happy to share if anyone wants. Its the one area of my body I do have problems but my method never leads to an infection or those that use it...and pretty simple. Just let me know if you would like me to post it

I hate hearing that the officiant at the wedding is unwell.

Sage... it's probably tension... my boss is out of town at a conference, and I'm having to deal with fucktardthinkshe'sboss....

Heat, massage and what I find really helps is Excredrin Tension headache tablet. which is basically Tylenol and caffiene so any combination of that should help. If it the so bad your eyes and sound hurts, much like a migaine Sleep it the only thing that helps me get rid of that...plus with the tissue damage from a long ago accident I have to take a relaxer almost daily to keep from locking up

Queen of tension headaches

Pirate give your wife a good rub down on the upper shoulders and neck work the knots out. will get rid of the headache.

For me it take strong hand a deep tissue massage to work mine out.
Yet another reason I adore Phoenix because he can do deep tissue so well.
