Good Morning, All:

Today's Menu
Scrambled eggs (cage free hens)
Whole wheat 12 grain toast w/fresh butter & jelly
Home fries
Freshly squeezed OJ
Pitcher of chocolate malted Protein Shake
Fresh Fruit
Road Tar 

A  pitcher of Nyquil for the sickly ones as well as a bottle of Vitamin C chewables, a humidifier & some Vicks Vapor Rub. Now, there's a couple of corner booths reserved just for you, complete with fluffy pillows & comfortors. Lie down & get some sleep.

Where you gonna be in Ohio?  Columbus, cause if you are, I'll be there this weekend too visiting my sister.  Maybe you and Miss Diane and I might be able to have a cup of coffee (the M's permitting of course).

Anyhoo....
I have good news!  I was on a waiting list for an STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) program.  I was set for the June class.  They had a slew of cancellations, and now I'm set to start on MONDAY!!! Woo hoo!  It's the only thing that I've found around here that there are lots of jobs for.  And I think it would be a good in for Nursing School. 

So, I'm off to buy scrubs and white shoes.  And to try these "TimBits" that Rain is all gung ho about... and to take a CPR class.

Woo hoo!

And thanks to you and Miss H for all your support!

And when I get back I'll look for the pic I have of my darling aminals.  I'll see if I can help you all out... Now about those treats...

Well thats good news, Diane is an emergency room  nurse and workes the operating room when needed,ITS a great profession and you can work where ever you wish and if I go and I have to make a decision by 1 pm I'll ne in cinnn,

I believe we will be in Columbus in Aug for the Ohio leather fest..

Status: offline 		OK folks....i'm going to suggest something for a meal that some will like and some will not.  So don't fuss at me, please. 
 
Beef Liver and onions sauteed in Italian Salad Dressing.  Back when i was growing up my mother cooked liver in Crisco.  i switched to corn oil for many years and then i heard about using Italian Salad Dressing.  The salad dressing provides some oil and a bunch of wonderful seasonings.   i sautee the onions first just to soften them and then push them aside to put the liver in the pan.  When i turn the liver i pile the onions on top. 
(4oz liver + 1/2 cup onion + 2 Tbs Zesty Italian Dressing = 9pts)
Serve with veggies - green beans (0 pts) or Carrots (1 pt) 
 
Don't bother to tell me that you don't like liver....just do what Aylee said ... PB&J.

I really don't.  I've tried it.  heck I've tried all kinds of food, and liver is up there with silk worm larvae.  YUCK!
