*snorts* We have one of the main companies in Canada and still have problems. We were down last Friday AFTER Lumus called in to check on a speed problem. (Our speed has drastically dropped recently but there's no reason that anyone can find.) Some days, it's as bad as being on dial-up except that we have DSL. And we don't want to change companies because we have such a sweet deal on what we have, no one can match it. In fact, we think the company is throttling us to get us to switch plans. We're currently grandfathered on an unlimited account for about $55 Canadian a month. When you download over 100 GB a month, that means a lot! So it ain't just Hicksville, USA. Oh, and since talking with Tech Support, Internet Explorer won't even work - thankfully we use Firefox.
