I hate it when I have dreams about chewing, chewing gum, and in the dream it get all icky and gross and then I want to spit it out, but when I do spit it out, in this dream it still feels like I have that wad of icky gum in my mouth.

Look up ADHD and see what he is eating, and how it can effect him.

Red foods are bad. Simple carbs are bad. Switch to whole wheat if you can.

Beef and red food is super bad for them. ( limit spagetti to once or twice a month)

Additives have awful effects as well.

Green leafy, and yellow veggies help a lot. ( Spinach and squash are very good for them)

Mine's nonhyperactive ADD. But try telling a 15 year old boy that he can't live off of pizza and burgers. Talk about noncompliance! Anyway, now that he's been diagnosed, and we've tried all the coping skills we could, it's time to see if the meds help.

Thankfully as his problem is solely academic, he only needs to take them on school days which eliminates the whole thing of him not wanting his friends to know. But he has to get his grades up and I don't like having to be an ogre all the time. Especially when it isn't his fault.

The diet change is so damn hard. Our main battle is tomato sauce.. and ketchup.

We have Chatty Cathy here.. and the whole peer non relating thing.

I hate it when the Uncle watches TV because he turns it up so freakin loud!! I hate that he stayed out all day yesterday & overdid it & didn't take a nap. I hate it that his girlfriend didn't bring him home earlier or make him rest at her place. Farkin idjit!!! I hate it when I think that he's catching my cold. I hate it that I still have this SOB!! I hate it when all I wanna do is go back to bed, but I have to go to the store.
