now you guys are making me cry.  ya know i tried and gave it my best shot.  it's been 10 weeks of adventure that's for sure.  i came here for the job and it's gone now...i don't see it coming back in the near future with the way the economy is right now. 

i'll be okay whatever i decide to do, i always am.

I would not only sue for laying you off the day you suffered a concussion, I would be suing for any and all cost of moving there and back since 10 weeks ago, they would have had to have a clue they were so far in the red and yet they uproot someone half way across the country.

Thats just wrong on all levels, get your suit in fast if nothing else it will become part of their bankruptcy.  Better yet bankrupt them yourself.  They deserve it.
