when i was a kid ADD/ADHD was brushed off to bad behavior and (according to my mother) drug use . I never heard of it until the late 80's, then it was the buzzword for every misbehiving child out there.  And actually, I only exhibited a few signs of it, mostly the unseen ones....well, unless you knew what to look for.  Toss depression into the mix, and it was not a great time for me.  But I have learned to recognize the signs, and can tell the difference between a cranky, tired kid, an undisciplined kid, or one w/ADD or ADHD.  And I probably still have a bit of adult ADD, but again, I'm pretty much able to control things now.....unlike it was when I was in high school.

Status: offline 		ok...gotta go finish cleaning house...cleaned out a couple of closets, went thru some boxes and stuff......the closets are now clean, but the living room is a disaster!!!!!  I have NO idea what happened!!!
