White, wheat, rye, whole grain bread or toast
Sub bun, croissant, burger bun.
Cheese - American, swiss, cheddar, provalone, monterey jack with jalapeno.
Meats - bologne, ham, turkey, beef, corned beef, salami, ........
Fillings - pimento cheese, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, liverwurst
Veggies - lettuce, tomato, spinach, onions 
Spreads - Miracle Whip, mayo, mustard, horseradish, butter.

one question is the spinach cooked?

other than that lets see On a wheat bread i will take ham and turkey with lettuce and tomato with mericale whip.

on the side ill have some UNcooked spinach in a salad with cherry tomatos, mushrooms, and diced boiled eggs :D

Good morning ladies...that includes you too potty mouth,BOY!!!!! don't you just love this time of year,not too hot just right..my croakers were doing their thing in the pond last night so I guess there will be little tadpoles before long and the night birds were singing their butts off,I had her put a screen in the window so I could listen to the croakers as I drifted off to sleep..Yesterday was a pisser of a day for me, a migraine headache that lasted till I got my scrip of Demerol filled and then it went away..A poll which is worsted in your opinion a headache that won't go away or an aggravating toothache..I have had both a toothache on a weekend went you can't get in to see a dentist is one of the most aggravating things I can think of,Off to the office to get some things done...

You'll all notice that none of my pictures ever show teeth... the tooth aches and jaw infecfections i used to get felt like migraines inside my teethy/jawy area. Of corse, the auras and nusea of migraines are no picnic either. i share your pain, i've had an off and on head ache since my mother in law was over on Saturday,,, lol, as i type with sunglasses on... oh boy.

Did you say demerol was on the menu? My script fer imatrex to 200 miles north of me right now...

Status: offline 		Good afternoon Bounty...I'm sorry to hear of your headache.  As a migraine sufferer myself, I'd say the wosrt is a headache.  I find the only thing that works is rest in a dark room.
