i've been reading about frittatas this morning.  They are similar to omelets.  The official definition has the veggies, meats, etc mixed into the eggs - which is how i do my omelets. 
The definition that i use is that a frittata is an omelet with shredded potato or grain mixed into the omelet.  This morning i came across a frittata that has leftover spaghetti cut up in it.  So for this morning Bounty's has -
 
Spaghetti, Artichoke and Zucchini Frittata
Fresh fruit
Coffee, tea, milk, juice

Let's see...
Whole wheat spaghetti,  drained the oil off the canned artichoke, only used a pan spray in the frying pan.  It looks ok.   4 points per serving.

Status: offline 		Good morning every body, a beautiful day here on my mountain top, so I'll get out and enjoy the sunshine..just a friendly reminder be careful of the pics and mail you open as my protection caught 4 Trojan and chewed them up and spit them out.Up grade your protection every once in a while,I recommend avg  premium its the best..

Status: offline 		PS a sure sign that your computer has a bug ,it continues to run very slow, dowmloads take for ever or or kick out, run crap cleaner to free up space and if that doesn't solve the problem then go looking for trouble..B,,www.crapcleaner.com its free

It looks like kitty returned the yarn ball with catnip in it back to my knitting basket.

Status: offline 		It finally warmed up here a little - had a tiny bit of snow on the balcony this am.  Now the sun is shining brightly and the snow is gone. 
 
So how is the hand healing, Boss?

Status: offline 		Hanable - no ice packs.  But there are some packages of frozen peas.  Those work as well as or better than an ice pack.  They will form around your ankle.

once i kept a frozen burrito for three years because it was the perfect shape for the back of my skull when i got bad head aches. lol.

Its a slow process fluffy I have to have surgery on the right ankle soon , its bone on bone with no cartilage in between so every step is like an ice pick been shoved in the ankle but ol; me keeps prodding along..no snow here its pretty today..
