Oh, the father, certainly.  The song from Mary Poppins, sung by Mr. Banks, "The Life I Lead", comes to mind.  Technically it's Edwardian, not Victorian, but, it gets the idea across.

PBM:  Nothing better than a warm blanket, roaring fireplace, cup of hot cocoa and someone to cuddle on a cold winters day?

Yep, I do.  Napster subscription.  $15/month for all the music I can eat.  Have it on 3 machines (as per contract with them), 2 being my laptop and desktop.  Sooo, damn near everywhere, unless I'm playing stuff off my HD/mp3 player.  I have music going literally 24/7 around me.

Hey, PBM!  What's the one album you could listen to over and over, any time, day or night, and never ever get tired of?

i could listen to RCA's Nipper's Greatest Hits of the 20's.  The Charleston and Rhapsody in Blue are two of the tracks.

soooooooooo ... pbm ... do you like music from a historical period?

i often feel like dancing, but don't know the steps.  The Charleston should be a good weight loss exercise.  i wonder if Richard Simmons has a Dancing to the 20's DVD?

soooooooooo ... pbm ... Would you like to learn a new dance?

Garden?  I have the blackest thumb ever.  I've literally managed to kill a chia herb garden by following the instructions. >.<  I'm surprised they haven't gotten a restraining order to keep me at least 30 feet from the garden section at Home Depot.

Heyyyy PBM!  You probably spend a lot of time at the library, yes?

There isn't a public library near me, alas, so I spend more time at bookstores.

Soooooooooooooo, pbm, have you ever worn a chastity device?

Yep, I have a really nice wedding ring.
Seriously though, I tried out some gates of hell once...  ONCE.  Every now and then my curiosity comes back to teach me that sometimes I SHOULDN'T try things, just because I haven't yet.

PBM!  Ever get cuffed/shackled/etc and misplace the key?

Never been cuffed or shackled and I hope it never happens.  I was once grabbed on the upper arm by a policeman and that was so bad for me I nearly tossed him to the ground.  He let go and I went quietly!

brrrrrr - not a nice memory.  Nope, being constrained is not for me!

And no, I've never lost the keys having cuffed or shackled someone.  Left them at home by - ahem - accident once or twice.

Sooooooooooo, pbm, what is your reaction to public authority (e.g. police) when they want you to do something?

Well, i was police reserve back in the 70's.  i was more on the giving side than the getting of the authority.

sooooooooooo ... pbm ... have you ever ridden/driven a vehicle with the siren going?
