i hate it when the line has been drawn for me between management  and staff.....and i fell on the management side...Which means i am one of the people staff were complaining about today when they 'huddled'.

i hate it when i thought that i was going to make it through the day without my head hurting and it happens....

i hate it when i'm down to three pain killers and He thinks i should be able to just call the doctor and have them give me a refill.......

Add me to the headache pile that not a migrane but acts like one. Its getting to be a habit, once Im back in FL Im going to see the dr to see if something will help. I suspect since my neck is staying in locked hard as a brick mode that it might be with all the tightness its affecting the blood flow since the muscle locks all the way to about 1/2 inch from my throat on both side.  And tylenol, advil or naproxin is being consumed way to much. I need to find a solution.

Hugs to all that are not well, or having problems, or simply fighting bullshit.
