Status: offline 		I hate it when i overdid it in the tanning booth yesterday and now certain areas that do not normally see the sun are red and painful and itchy. Red and painful i can take...but the itching is pissing me off.

Status: offline 		This sounds stupid but try white vinegar. i don't know why it works but it does. i've spent summers on swim teams  since i was five (and spent entire summers looking like a lobster) until i was 18...this is the only thing that worked long term. Smells, well, like vinegar. But, it worked for me. Still does when i fall asleep at the beach and fry myself.

My various synotpoms with my breater isnt going away, the dr addred new meds when I saw him on munda7m now I have a pain the lower to middle left of my back

I cant expose poen or Chris to this.  I am almost certain its that ugli  way over exposed flu since the allergies started before I left here.But if anything  tuns up contagieous then I will panc.I a picking up a zpack today to get started on an anti d.

I hate thus  is not the way I wanted came home. there aother things gong on be will refrain from mentioning the. you know that tmi crap that tends to cause rumors

Angel no one is up yetm both are still sleeping.  I do intend to talk to her as soon as I get up.
Ater last night Im just a tad overwhelmed. Breathe....Now that one is an effort as if I was to guess I have about 30 percent lung capacity. I took all my morning meds for everything and hopefully that will givee me some relief

One excellant thing when I say my dr up the on Mon and were talking about my ongoing pain and muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder, and told him my hands, calf ect were now bothering me, he gave me a non narcotic) mediciene that seems to help with pain and is non addicting.  That stuff is wondering for me is neonorin or something like that. I took one in the afternoon, then at bed and for the first time in I dont when, I was not stiff and sore....so that part is a good thing. Im 90% pain free, now if I could just breathe

And please pardon my spelling Im am doing my best to hit the wrong keys and its just no working well, worse than usual

this really does work to take the sting away. When i had a severe burn i would add it to a lukewarm bath.
The problem i have is i hate the smell. This piddly lil burn is not bad enough for the vinegar treatment
