DC, i'm ok, i guess.
Just drinking a lot of water (trying to keep from eating too many snacks) and keeping in touch with my friends here.

i tried to make baked tortilla chips with home made tortillas, but need to get the oven temp and time adjusted.  They were a little chewy instead of crisp.

The water sounds like a good idea. Your kidneys will be grateful.

Well, i thought the guidelines were 8 - 8oz glasses of water/liquid per day.  Then VP set me a link that said 1-gallon.  i'm hoping i will be so busy drinking my liquids that i will cut down on some of the food that is not on my eating plan.

Isn't that roughly the same thing? Or is it half? My conversions are confused.

Quality Control is the difficult part - i have to eat them all to check the process.
Oh, well, somebody has to do suffer, it might as well be me.

Well, I'm heading back to Hogwarts for a bit, then off to Nod.

Sweet dreams, everyone!

A gallon is 4 quarts at 32 ounces per quart = 128 ounces total.
8 - 8 ounce glasses = 64 ounces.
