A tea of chamomile, or meadow-sweet works, if not than a tincture of skullcap and passionflower works 100% of the time when I'm getting in to one of my "sleep, who needs sleep?" moods.

So...pbm what's your favorite type of tea?

Not anymore, LOL.  I won an herb garden in a container at an Earth Day event.  However, I forgot about it outside and a hail storm hit and pummelled the herbs to smithereens.  Thus, no more herb garden.

soooo....pbm.....do you have a green thumb?
