Status: offline 		Rize and shine you lay abeds,Biscuits in the oven grill is getting hot and if fluffy or vp doesn't get in soon I  am  fixing breakfast.I have to run to the store this morning out of here at the CC, coffee and a roll of snuff,she always kept my snuff in the house, just some thing else she did that I took as a given...

Turkey and Spinach omelet with swiss cheese and tomato, wheat toast, country fried potatoes.
 
Coffee, Tea, Road Tar, Milk, Juice.

i'll eat after weigh-in.

Supper tonight is Mexican.  Funny thing about amateur radio club meetings around here - they all take place at restaurants.  Guess who doesn't have to weigh-in for a whole week and is probably not going to eat on her food plan??

Status: offline 		Hanable, the pot stickers come 3 in a boxed frozen meal ("Healthy Choice") with rice and sauce and veggies.  You eat only one boxed meal to get those numbers.

this girl tries to make the "Original" Bounty's Coffee Shop interesting and informative and to engage all who post here.
