Status: offline 		i went to the University library today (on the bus) to read the text for my Fall Nutrition class which starts in 10 days.

i decided to stop here first and see what is going on. It's a pain here because i turn off all the pictures so nobody can see what kind of site it really is. That means all the smilies and formatting are screwed up, too. They block access to the other side.

Status: offline 		Actually, Holly and Boozy, the foot now feels better, no problems walking on it, just the occasional twinge.  And I always tuck my foot up when I sit...even at work.....getting up in a hurry for something usually means a nose dive.  Like I said, I'm such a klutz that I bang myself up all the time on countertops, corners of cabinets, walls.....yes, walls......trying to run down the hall in a hurry and I cut the corner short about 50% of the time.....I usually find a bruise on me every few days that I have no idea how I got it....just call me Grace!

groundhog hides in the corner of the room as Thorny comes in. Then when she turns to leave groundhog touches Thorys leg....before she can look down .....WHAM BAMB Humps her leg ......thank ya Thorny......that felt sooooooo gooooooo.

Status: offline 		Toddlers eat when they are ready.  Sometimes they just aren't hungry.    They may be under stress because of new things.  They may be coming down with something.

Present the food and wait a reasonable length of time - 30 minutes(?).  Then clear it away. 

Eating together as a family helps.  Reduce distractions - turn off the TV.  Turn off the lights in the rest of the house.

(You are probably doing all this already.)

Try not to worry.

Serving totals per day for toddlers.
2 cups Milk (2oz American Cheese = nutrition of 1 cup milk)
2 oz Meat/beans (2 Tablespoons of Peanut butter meets the requirement for the whole day!)
3 oz Grains
1 cup Veggies
1 cup Fruit (no more than 4 oz juice)
