When we were in Florida in January, we were building some crates. . . part of this involved me using the pnumatic staple gun.  He would be holding the particle to the 2x4's and I was stapleing them up.  Every once in a while he would act like I had went crooked and sent a staple through to his hand.  It was not all in a row.  He would wait until I was in "the zone" and then do it.  He did this 5 to 8 times or so.  I told him that pay backs were a bitch. 

Eight months have went by.

Yesterday, I was standing on the ground with my hand on the trailer edge, as he was wheeling the wall bucky onto it.  As he got level with my hand I SCREAMED and then yelled, "MY HAND!"    He had no expression except to pale a bit, and then said, "Goddamn YOU!" 

I laughed my ass off and told him "Remember Florida?"

Now before you all think that it is a BUNCH of pratical jokes all day, it is not.  That equipment is heavy and safety is a priority.  With the staple-thing, he was waiting until after I had actually pulled the trigger.  With the hand thing, it is a two-wheeled kick-back dolly, so there was no dranger of him dropping it on himself.  If he had let go, it may have rolled forward a little, but my hand and no one else was in the way.  I really do not agree with screwing around a work all day.

Ahhhh, gotta love those pay backs!!!!

(And knowing the nature of your job, I would never think it was a bunch of practical jokes all day! But that's still funnier than shit!)

Rain, I realize that you know that, I just wanted to put that addendum in before the safety police came by to freak out.  And yes, it WAS funny! 

BTW, my dryer now has its new belt and is working.  YAY!  Dry clothes will be nice.  I do believe that I HATE working on appliances.

Status: offline 		SO.....I was trying to get the printer to work and it would not...absolutely would not print. I checked the cartridges, the plugs, the paper feeder thing, checked it for toys and/or random deposits of various food stuffs.....nothing!

So i called the place where we bought it, just a few short months ago. The guy asked me to tell him exactly what it did when i turned it on.

2 yr ago a brizzley bear took on my Uncle and his motor cycle. It was a tie - my uncle still walks
Last spring uncle was diagnosised with bowel cancer. The surgeon won.
Earlier this spring on the way back from Vancouver aunt and uncle ran into a deer. It was a tie.

He has just be diagnosed with chronic lymphomic leukemia (10 yr survival rate 25%)

This sucks
