We made it back from the doctor's office.

Plus I replaced the wheelie-thingies in the dryer so NOW maybe it will stop making noise!

afternoon fluffy and holly!

i'm on call this w/end. most of the clients calling through will have dementia. i think i'm coming down with dementia. i laughed at a post of holly's and came here and was going to comment. i can't remember what it was i laughed at. sigh.

Holly are you headed for Atlantic City this weekend? The weather looks like it will be like the stuff we've been getting all week. T-storms off and on, Temps in the 80's and moderate winds. i think the hurricane is too far out to sea to cause you much trouble.

we will be there Monday, Fluffy. I know we won't get belted with a Hurricane (please no!) but the weather is going to get a bit chilly and rainy and, the worst part, the waves are supposed to be fierce, so i will not let the LoudOne anywhere close to the water

My mother had a harness and tether for us back in the 1940's. i've seen similar recently. Can you use something like that near the ocean?

4 weeks til i'm back up in sydney holly. a week after that, the wedding. should be VERY interesting.

my mom looks like she'll be there. i seriously doubt she's gotten over my ex dumping me. i'm hoping the evil stepmother (pardon to those nice stepmother's out there) will feel a bit .... strained..... when she realises who she is.

i keep asking kidlet to seat all those i don't like altogether. they're mostly unpleasant people. it will make me grin a lot.

i could...but right now the plan is to keep him far away from the water. I have been in those waters when they were violent (loved it...but i am slightly nuts) and i doubt a tether would survive. The hotel has a beautiful pool and i know once he sees it he will forget everything else

i'm going to try to get some sleep now. i stay up until i can't keep my eyes open and then sleep for about 4 hours. Then i wake up and start worrying all over again. Then by afternoon i can't stay awake and i sleep another 2 or 3 hours.
