I am trying Rain. I think its just the lack of sleep frm last week thats taking a toll on me.

I hate it that my wisdom tooth is trying to cut through again. Anyone got a teething ring or chew toy I can gnaw on? lol

I hate it when I have to make a trip to the ER at 2:00 a.m. for severe abdominal pain only to be told "we don't know what's wrong with you. Go home and come back if the pain does."

THAT kind of highly trained medical response is why I keep telling my mom that we should NOT be taking my dad to the ER. He has a doctor appt tomorrow, he will deal until then. Though I gotta say it's been an interesting 24 hours...

In their defense, they ran every test they could except a CT scan. However, the Ultram I took an hour before I broke down and had Spyder drive me to the ER, finally kicked in about 45 minutes after my arrival, so there wasn't much more to be done.

No to all of the above. They tested me for infection, pancreatitis, liver problems, pregnancy, and anything else you can test blood/urine for. Since I presented with no fever, nausea/vomiting, bleeding, or other symptoms, they decided there was no reason to expose me to the radiation of a CT scan when they probably wouldn't have found anything useful. Their best guess is either some sort of reaction to my Mirena or premenstrual cramps of DOOM. I'm supposed to follow up with my regular doc in a week.

Maybe now my doc will listen to me when I say I have no more use for my uterus, it's more trouble than it's worth, and she'll agree to let someone take it out.

I have the super cool bumpy ones you stick in the freezer! And freezer pops that taste like soda.

Frozen bagels too. Those are really good for teething. They stay cold longer and keeps em interested.

I hate it when what I thought was a job offer, since ya know saying "Come in for training" means to me um.. you got the job you interviewed for back in early May....

Nope. It was a cattle call of all the apps they had accumulated over these months and we all had to do 3 interviews.

8 Hours later I got to go home with no Job.

The Jack ass who first talked to me did not believe that I had worked for the company 14 years ago. I dont remember who the dispatcher was.. or who my manager was for fucks sake.. it was 14 years ago. He could not believe that I, a woman had been a driver back then.
He tells the owner that he thinks I am lying... and he grills me on it too.

I was one of only 2 female drivers for the company. Women were severely looked down apon then. Well hell that has not changed.
They both asked me if I was sure I was a driver then. Sexist mother fuckers. Or I should say still sexist mother fuckers.
