Status: offline 		I still have some more green beans that can be snapped.  I may also roast or braise some carrots.  Or cook them with dill and honey.  I have not decided, except that the stuffing will be sweet, so maybe not such a sweet veggie.  I may also bake up some potatoes.

Status: offline 		Argh!  Now I remember why I was going to go to the Farmer's Market yesterday!  To buy blueish/purpleish potatoes. 

Ah well.  We will just have to eat the boring regular ones.

Status: offline 		From what I understand you can do all the regualr things with them.  Mashed, baked, french fries, chips, hashbrowns.  The ones I saw were larger than the fingerling ones.
