Status: offline 		i hate when I test my blood glucose and it's back over 400. It was 404. So, now I'm sitting here making a list of everything I've eaten in the last 3 days... of what I can remember.

Diabetes sucks.

eta... and yes, i am taking my meds properly

Status: offline 		exercise, deep breathing, relaxing, and increasing your protein and decreasing the carbs should help. If not...call your doctor. Perhaps it is time for a medication eval.

Status: offline 		I agree with holly. And if I haven't already done so, I urge ALL diabetics to read "Diabetes Solution" by Dr Richard Bernstein. It WILL change your life, if you let it. I went from a fasting BG of 339 to the 80s using what I learned from him.

Thanks, Level.  I was just diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic a week ago and am trying to figure it all out.  (I'm also pissed because I eat regular veggies, no mammals, minimal fried food, no fast food, etc., and feel like the Diabetes God smote the wrong person, but I'll get over it.)

Status: offline 		...the breeder whom sold my birman to me told me that one of her lovely siamese was killed from a car accident two days ago...just 2 years old...I met him when I was there twice to reserve and to pick up my cat and it's a shame that he had to go so early

Now she tries to find a different location as that mainroad in front of her house wasn't there until it got build recently...she is just too scared about more fatalities from her other furries...I hate loss of pets, particular when they are still so damn young

no worries, I am happy not to look at your profile  as I can't stand make up, would not waste a penny into it and am also not too much into looking nice (except for special occasions or my placement, where I have to)

Status: offline 		I hate it when I can't find my kitten anymore since about 2pm  (since almost 9 hours)

She was never out much, usually only together with pepper when she went outside and when pepper went out of reach she immediately screamed as if she would be anxious outside alone. She wasn't that type of cat who would wonder around noseyly...she had moments where she was hiding for hours somewhere in my flat, probably happy napping...however, by now it is getting a very long time indeed, which makes me a bit worried  I was wandering along my streets a lot today, right now again with the company from pepper and curry as if they wanted to help me to find her, so I tried to see if I can find her or not...without success, so as unlikely it would be for her to be outside, as unlikely it is by now to be inside anymore...it's just weird

Thanks fluffy, she just did...I explained it in Holly and potty show...I am just damn relieved...I waited to put it onto the board as I hoped she will turn up but after so many hours I seriously got worried. Now in a last check outside I found her...thank goodness. I am pretty sure she would have been easy pray for a fox and am just glad she is now in again. Quite dirty as she was under a car (and her fur as a birman being white) but better dirty then dead...that little one will get damn more control for the next while thats for sure...I think we both were scared on a similar level...what a relief. Good night
