Sunny...you remembered that i have a birthday cake for Jesus on Christmas???

While this is not something that I would do, I think that it is pretty sweet. What a neat tradition. I like it.

an awwwwww moment...

So...yesterday i was sweeping all the leaves off of the sidewalk and patio. Bt the time i was done i had a HUGE pile, enough to fill two or three extra large trash bags.
Ther Loudone came running out of the house to see what good ol' mom was doing. He took one look at the massive pile and turned around and ran back in.
A few seconds later he was back outside and running toward me carrying his little toy dustpan, about the size of a postcard.
He squated down in front of the leaves and held it on the ground, waiting for me to sweep the leaves into it so he could scamper away and throw them into the trash can.

I think I'll send him a DRUMSET for Christmas this year...strictly as a reward of course!

I hope that you swept some into it! I know that Butterhead loves to help with sweeping and other things as well. You are raising such a fine young man! Kudos to you!

thanks guys...and yes, i bagged the leaves while he ran to the trash can, then refulled his tiny dust pan, then bagged, until they were all gone.
He earned a very serious cuddle for all his hard work!
