I get it.  I have had to get used to the new role I assumed after my divorce: "Bug Killer."  I was used to being the one who ran from the room screaming.  Now, I'm the one people come screaming to.  The other day, Thing 2 said there was a big spider on the curtain.  I said I'd be right there to deal with it.  I came, vacuum in hand, and the freaking thing was bigger than I thought, but there she was, waiting for me to get rid of it.  I felt the hair on my arms raise as I finally sucked the dumb spider into the vacuum.  That used to make me cry at the thought.  Now I just have to do it.  I hate it, but I do it.  I have no idea how, but I can if needed, be the bug killer.  I'm the bug killer at work, too.  Amazing that this got thrust on me, and it squicks me to no end.  Hang in there, sweetie.  If you can't do it right now, you can't.  No further explanations needed.  (if anyone asks, tell them Red said so, and if they don't like it... come deal with me)

Status: offline 		Ya know Holly, everyone has something that they hit a wall with when it comes to doing.  For me, bugs of any kind are no problem.  Heights now, are a different matter.  You would want to laugh your pants off to see me on a ladder.  But ya know. . . I know that you would not, because we all have something that causes that reaction in us.  I do hope that you are able to get some sleep tonight.

i hate checking on them at 1 a.m. and feeling two feverish little bundles.
i hate it that they made a "let's get sick together" pact once again.....but i suppose having them sick at alternate times would've been harder on my schedule.

NOT FAIR!!!    


I even re-wrote the lyrics so (in English) they'd make sense and be on-beat...   took 2 days...
