Ya know, it's interesting....the one I thought would be hardest is what everyone got first, and the easier ones last...

You're on the home stretch, Lance....they are indeed origins of foursomes....

The Fab Four (Beatles) -- Liverpool
The Four Noble Truths -- the bodhi tree
The Four Presidents on Mt. Rushmore -- Keystone

And that leaves just one more foursome, this one from 42nd and Madison...their headquarters...

This last one is fictional, but a very well known fiction, including a comic book, movie, television series and video games.

We have a "Fab" Four. This is the _________________________________________

DAMN!  My computer "locked" just as I discovered:

The Baxter Building, long-time home of the Fantastic Four, was located at 42nd and Madison Avenue.

P.S.  Times Square is a major intersection in Manhattan, at the junction of Broadway and Seventh Avenue and stretching from West 42nd to West 47th Streets.

Grand Central Terminal (GCT) — often popularly (and incorrectly) called Grand Central Station or simply Grand Central — is at 42nd Street and Park Avenue

Yes--angelika knew, but let Lance close the deal, with a few good assists from Ron...

...and so we have the homes of four famous foursomes.

Well done, Lance et al...

Your turn, Lance!

Yikes!

Spent so much time on that I forgot to make a quartet.  Here's an almost trivial one:

Jochi
Ogodei
Chaghatai
Tolui

Hints: totally, absolutely unique.  Google one, and all the others will fall out.

Bear: Close, but not close enuff.  (To be correct, you have to tell me which is the wife.  I think you'll find that you are not correct.)

Well done, Lance!

As for your quartet, they are the symbols of the four Evangelists.

Angel = Matthew
Lion = Mark
Ox = Luke
Eagle = John
