Status: offline 		With any luck, the roads will be open in a day, and then they can move to an inlaws or a friends place till the power is back up. I thought they had a fireplace, if so, they want to live in that one room.

Status: offline 		LAst night atwork, I had to call tech support (located in North Dakota).  The guy there said they only had about an inch of snow on the ground.

Somehow, it just seems wrong that the Mid Atlantic region has more snow than the WAY upper Midwest!

I agree Steven, snow insulates so she and the LO should be at least fairly warm. It's different if it's bitterly cold but there is no snow. With all the snow they should, at least in theory, be okay as long as they have lots of supplies. Still I wish she would post something, I'm worried.



I hope she's ok too. I hope they don't have to resort to eating cold burnt meatloaf!

I was hoping he wouldn't find out the power was out but a coworker told him and he left asap. He wrecked twice but was ok...thank god. We are now holed up in a motel. Status: offline 		I wish I wouldnt have been right when I said I hope it won't take longer then monday...as I said, Richard has since over a week no power at home...I actually am really relieved now that I changed my first flight to him as originally my flight to him was booked for next week saturday...thank goodness I changed that one

Now there is hope that this mess gets fixed in the next 3 weeks

Glad to hear Holly that you and yours are fine and staying in a Motel...I really wish I could help and just take half of your snow over to here...seriously, I would love to do it straightaway
