I have a bedroom available in a gorgeous 2/1 duplex that is fully renovated, updated and has brand new carpet and fresh paint! There's also more closet room (est. 15ft long by 2ft deep for each of us!) than I have any idea what to do with.

Labels (Dom, sub, Master, slave) are completely unimportant to me. The details however *are* important to me.

Details: Please do not consider this or the acceptance of you as my room mate, as anything other than what it is intended, a shared living situation. It is not a romantic offer, though that's super flattering. :D I'm looking for someone that is laid back and easy going. They must be animal lovers (I have 2 dogs and a cat) and must not have any allergies. Absolutely, positively no children. This is a completely 100% BDSM friendly household and not the place for a child.

Rent is $400 a month + half of utilities. I am asking for a $400 deposit, which is basically your last month's rent. There is a washer/dryer hook up (w/d to be coming soon), air conditioning and a back yard. Cable and internet too! The neighbor that shares the wall with me is 100% BDSM friendly also, so play can happen at the house.

This is *also* an SCA house! So if you are a SCAdian, even better! The garage has been converted into a sewing room which the right room mate is more than welcome to utilize.
