I cant spend that much money on toys, so what would be good ways to make some toys myself, like dildos and cock rings?

Well you could always get a clone a willy set and clone your own dick for a dildo, or choose toys that are not so expensive, I got a nice silicone toy for 40 dollars once, and some of your super poor quality toys which I do not recommend, maybe only about 20 dollars.

I don't recommend jelly or rubber toys, since it's proven that a lot of them are bad for you, silicone or hard plastic or mettle or glass toys are good.

Look on places like amazon and places that sell toys for deals and sales, and see what falls out.

I know ebay has an adult section and they have some pretty cool stuff. It's all new but very reasonably priced. It would be worth checking out.

Amazon is the best place to buy hitachi wands, I cant get wholesale for less than you can buy at amazon.their prices are very cheap
You can make a dildo with some bubble wrap some tape and a condom. Roll it tight, the length and girth you want, cover in tape to secure it then cover with a condom....
Dollar store is the best tho, cheap and cheerful, wooden spoons, whisks, wooden skewers, nipple clamps made out of picnic table weights, shower curtains and duct tape for wax play messy play or mumification, saran wrap for mummification, plastic chopping boards and pin pong paddles for impact toys, wax play, candles, etc etc, there are lots of links here for home made toys, just do a search.
SO many things can be "perverted" into cheap and fun toys..the quality sometimes makes them a lil fragile so be careful.
Home depot/walmart/target often have cheap stuff you can pervert.
Sex toys in general have come down a lot in price. when you get into leather and bondage toys, theres thousands of options again search here for home made toys.
I have a bunch of links for furniture and other toy ideas too but I will post them later as I have to run
There are also very many wonderful artisans here , check in the sections on the board for links to their stuff, some excellent quality and pricing too.
A few of us have toy stores too, like Hey Trucker and myself,

They sell leather stock and buckles, things like that IIRC. If you're the crafty sort you can save on more elaborate items by making them yourself and eventually might make a few bucks, which would pay for more toys :-). IIRC they also have D rings and O rings which could be adapted to cock ring use, and with a bit of leather attached .......

Dildoes are a bit trickier because you have to be careful of the material used. For those you might want to buy them, but the markup is ridiculous. Enough searching the web should get something reasonable. Also some have been known to use vegetables. DIY type stores can be good as well, think silicone sealant and plaster of paris .....
