Cheapest, quickest and easiest would be to set up an amazon store, and a tumblr blog.

Now if you have $20,000 I know someone who could set something up that was a little better than basic...

Want kind of access to the website and pics do you want......general (anyone can see, incl minors surfing in) or with a password (with friends or CM members getting it)? These would really be top-of-list questions you'll need to answer in your quest for a good cheap website or blog.

And yes, blogging is a great way to post continually :) It's easy convenient quick and some even offer password protection too. You could do a search maybe for Adult only blog hosting or Adult only web hosting (I just found one here: envisionwebhosting.com.
