Gads I would love that brat.

I go every three weeks....and with my hormones changing it really affects my pms gets totally wacked.....like today. :/

Yeah i could do that but I dont like the side effects plus Im on other meds like lithium the fact that I dont need it for birth controll reasons as Im a virgin and plan to stay that way till I find something seriouse so it really isnt worth the health risks for me.

I just went on it..cause I went to the Dr..and she freaked out when I told her I hadn't had one yet at 30....she handed me 3 mths supply and told me to take'em...now if I don't.. I have it for weeks.. just a bit everyday...ugh... I am stuck now.

Sleezy, you poor thing, why would your doctor be so cruel as to give you a period when your body didn't want one? And heck if ya wanted one so badly, I'd have gladly handed you mine!

I don't know.. I guess she thought it was best to make things work correctly... I have POS..and I want kids...maybe she thought if she got it started now.. that would be easier in the future.....

I could kick her for it now though......and I was always told that the pill makes cramps hurt less....wroooonnngggg... I am sure I cuss her a lot when I am curled up in a ball on the bed.

What is wrong with me???? UGH!!!

I just hurt all over and I am sooooo sad... I try to cheer up..but then I get down again... it's like every thing is aching...and I can't make it quit......

No.. it's not PMS..I don't think.. it's freaking me out a bit. It's been this way on and off all day.. I keep pushing it down..but it's gotten worse as it went on. I feel silly for complaining about it, when other ppl have worse going on..but I just don't know how to get out of it.

I mean.. I go from tears.. to ok..then to tears again.. and every stupid muscle I have just hurts.....

I just feel alone..and well...sad...

I hate it, hate it, hate it.....

PMS can affect you earlier than just a few days....mine sometimes it a week before. IT can slam you mentally even without the physical effects.
I can get angry and pissy for no apparant reason, then swing low, and everything can get out of wack. Maybe it is different pre-meno since there are more chemical changes.

I do know how ya are feeling kinda...Im am pmsing and its hitting me hard....so hence the lurking. RIght now Im Angry and I really dont have a reason to be...that is something thats just not me... I dont know...hope it helps

I don't PMS. I don't get cramps either. My period just comes and goes quietly.

Sleezy, sweetness, your describing the first couple of days for PMS for me. I can get those symptoms, with the emotional downs even when ovulating when I'm two weeks out from my period. PMS can kinda come and go to. At least your aware your having some sort of something going on, some women have these exact symptoms and have no idea they are having PMS until they are in the middle of it.

This is still new for you, I'd keep a diary if I were you, and just write down your symptoms monthly, because they can change monthly, next month your symptoms could be all physical and no mental then the month after you'll be feeling the mental ones again and wondering why...but if you've got them written down you can go "ah-ha! I know what this is"

In the mean time, these feelings feel very real, and saying Oh your just PMS'ing can make the one PmS'ing feel even worse. It's ok to feel however your feeling, right now, just remember that they are feelings and feeling change.

In the mean time, know that your loved and we'll cuddle you if your needing it

Faerie, thanks.. I hope that is what it is. I would rather be angry and not sad though. Maybe that mood will hit tomorrow.

It's ok Lily.. I am just a bit down.. not really any reason.. maybe stress has something to do with it...but I will get over it..and hopefully be back to myself by tomorrow.

I think I just have this fear..that it's not "just" PMS.. that it's my lows coming again. I was there once a few months ago..and I can't go back. So any time that I start to get this way, I get a bit freaked out by it.

I was supposed to see my therapist on the 20th.. but I don't really like her much..and was a bit afraid to go to her when I was feeling this down. (long story) I called and cancelled today, so I don't have to deal with her.

Now I feel worse for bringing down the thread...

It's ok to feel your dark once and a while, you have a dark for a reason Flutterbi, it teaches us things and often times protects us.

What's not ok is to feed your dark, cause often when we do, we let it take over, then it's no longer there to help us but to rule us. IF this isn't PMS, I'd suggest you sit down, awknowledge your dark, look it in the face, find out why it's raising up and what it wants to do for you, then thank it and tell it that you understand the message and now you'll deal with it.
