Hi,

Apologies as I don't know where to post this! I'm having a problem trying to send other users pictures.

I'll write my message, click the 'include videos...' box, choose a picture from my hard drive, the 'uploading bar appears on my screen, and then a pretty instantaneous 'error' page comes up. 'We had an error processing your request', or something very close to that. The message goes through, but without pictures attached.

I don't believe I'm overlooking anything, and other users have had no problem sending me pics. How can this get resolved? Thanks!
