Hi there, can anyone help me, i am having trouble with the search bar when pulling up profiles. There are existing numbers,letters and symbols and i am having to delete and reset my preferences evertime i try to do a search.

i can not seem to get beyond first page of profiles, it comes back all blank when i do next matches. i have mailed tech support a few times as well as done what the help bar suggested and still nothing. No reply nothing fixed. PLS HELP!

as well as i am not getting any notifications when i have new mail, but log on and have a ton. sigh

when is the last time you did a disk cleanup, defrag and shut all the way down and restart? That often takes care of it
