there are many different types of medical sounds that you can purchase. each has their own pros and cons. you should never do any medical play without the proper knowledge of medical sterilization, especially with sounds. anything that you put down the penis has huge potential for infection and pain. proper play with sounds includes the injection of lubirication into the penis itself, keeping the penis flacid and not erect, sterilizing the area and the sounds before and after every usage, etc. sounds can be very dangerous if you do not know what you are doing. i do tons of medical play myself, and have previously worked in the medical field where i have used sounds, catheters, enemas, etc. for play as well as medical purposes. some of the types available to purchase are van buren, pratt, dittel, mccrea, lefort, hegar, etc. make sure you purchase what is best for your and your mistress' needs. good luck!
