Hello :) I'm a single guy in an interesting postion. I am not truly submissive but I enjoy being roped and tied or, as one of the ladies here put it, "bondfage play from the bottom."

At this point, I'm not sure whether I should be looking for a Mistress or not. My rhetorical question is "Are there those tyhat call themselves a Mistress that I would b a good fit with?" Or should I be looking for a switch, or even a sub that would be understanding about my specific interest?

I am not looking for a Domme in the traditional sense; basically I'm looking for a female knot tying expert :)

Outside of an all-female rodeo, are there women out there I would be a good fit with?

Hello cybersport,

A Dominant / submissive relationship can be one where you have one partner who is the dominant partner, and the other submits to them. This relationship may involve BDSM, S/m, or simply one orders dinner for the other. These two derive inner satisfaction from doing what it is that they do.

Another definition in the lifestyle is the differentiation between a Top and a bottom. A Top enjoys beating, restraining, etc., other people, whereas a bottom enjoys being beaten, restrained, etc.

From your description, I would think you are looking for a Top and not a Dom(me) or Master/Mistress since you want the fun and games without having to submit your will to another person.

A switch is not the AM/PM mini-mart (24x7 supplier of all your needs) of the BDSM lifestyle. A switch is a person with the mental structure which allows them to both Top and bottom (or Dominate and submit), and would not necessarily give you what you are looking for.

Good luck finding what it is that you are looking for.

Sounds to me like you are seeking a top rather than a mistress, but it's a matter of definition.

Actuall tied and being roped
and not the gender issue or
lifestyle issue at hand any
knott expert would due and
there are many more Male
knotters then Female and
maybe you are simply looking
in the wrong place. and the
answer to your question is no
you do not need a Mistress for
this nor anyone in the lifestyle
as I know sum very vanilla
fishermen whom are expert at
knott tying and rope bonding as well
as sum Indian Freinds and Cowgirls.

Thank you for your replay Mistress.. I think maybe you are on to something, however, my interst is in females EXCLUSIVELY, so maybe a female fisherman, or one of your female Indian friends or cowgirls is the answer.

Not a professional know-tier per se - but a barrel racer in my younger years, can still hog tie when it counts!!

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm on the opposite side of the country from you (near Philadelphia) but if you know any former barrel racers/rodeo competitors in this part of the planet I'd enjoy hearing from them.
