If this is true , and I do not have the legal knowledge to know either way, then you are calling into question the basic probity and political independance of British judges.
I am not an establishment man but I believe that in the Human Rights area the judges interpret the Law correctly. Otherwise appeals would have occured and been successful within the UK judicial system.

Therefore IMO Human Right legislation as currently on the statute books is flawed and should be amended.
