[:)] I took a whole different view of all of the episodes involving Lady Heather. Lady Heather and Grissom were so alike. Both maintaining self control under all circumstances, even their attraction to one another. When a parent loses a child, it is traumatic, when that loss is the result of criminal acts, even more so. I don't know any parents who would not want to do some serious damage to the person who murdered their child. I took it more as how even a person who is able to maintain so much control in all areas of her life can be completely broken at the loss of her child, the one thing she COULDN'T control, but had controlled her (as children so often do). Her child had dictated the terms of the relationship between parent and child much to the dismay of the parent. Lady Heather was always portrayed as so stoic, so un-nervingly unemotional, when she lost her child and lost control, I didn't find it sad, I was cheering for her. I would likely have done the same thing if someone killed my child.
