My question is what kind of activities can be done after breast augmentation? In your reply please let me know how long you have been playing post augmentation. Thanks, T

How long after augmentation is a crucial factor. My last experience with augmentation was 3-5 weeks later. She was still very tender, although no longer swollen. Anything more than a fondle would be more painful than is healthy. Properly done breast augmentations yield breasts that are similarly durable, although there are many asteriks that fit here. Some breast augmentation is to lift moreso than add, these breasts are more firm than natural breasts and should be treated more delicately. The material of the implant is also a factor. Saline is probably more fragile than silicone, but softer. If milking is a question, a handful of surgeries interfere with the ability to produce milk. Tickling, biting, licking, light breast spanking should be safe a few months after all proper breast augmentations. Tying and ropeplay is something I don't feel confident answering.

I am not a doctor of any type, but I hope I hit some helpful notes.

I've asked a girl in my community the same thing.
She said the implants that go under the muscle are pretty much as durable as the real boobs.
She said after 4 months she just played as she had before except no needle or electro play for her.
Her guy loves pinching her, clips, clamps, floggers, whips, ropes and such.
Wish I could help more than 2nd hand minimal info, but it's all I've got.
I wanted to answer your question any way as so few responded.

I had breast augmentation under the muscle and although I don’t let anyone handle my breasts roughly, if I did it would most certainly of not been in the first 6 months.

I have a friend he has had hers done and can take full breast suspension as well as some other very severe breast play. I know she got advice from her doctor and he seemed to think it would be fine so long as she didn’t stick needles straight in.

I posted this on another thread...but thought I would add it...

"I went from a 34A to a 34DD two years ago. I asked the nurse at my plastic surgeon's office, "What if my boyfriend "did" something to them...like squished them REALLY REALLY hard...or say...BIT them??"

She said the type I was getting (Mentor Spectrum Round High Profile--750cc saline) had been tested by being thrown out a second story window and run over by a truck!

Since then we have done needle play, nipple clamps, clothespins, and certain types of breast bondage. The only problem I've ever had was just recently...after having wide rubber-bands around the entire breast for about 15 minutes the implant rotated slightly and I got a "numb" tingly sensation. I gently massaged it back into place and other than some minor bruising where it was pressing I am fine. Needle play is no big deal--my implants are under the muscle and NO WAY is a needle going that deep into me! Just use common sense.

I wouldn't trade my implants for anything! Except bigger ones! Ha ha ha!!!"

We began playing 4 weeks after my augmentation.

I had the exact same as you and Im also now a 34 DD!

There are hard core needle players that will stick very large canulars through the breasts. One female I know has 7 gage rods stuck through the base of her breasts at regular intervals and if she had a prosthesis ( even under the muscle) she would be getting leakage.
I have nipple piercing’s and since having my breasts enlarged have had needles in my breasts but I most certainly would not risk the more intense needleplay anymore.
