Being a slave that is semi new to anal (maybe 10 times or so with my Daddy) and also as someone that is not "regular" i have found that it actually HELPS me in the bowel regularity area. I agree with charismagirrl, a lot of people need help with the mental and physical aspects of it. I personally don't think I can do it without first using a butt plug and getting used to the feelings of having something in their and helping stretch it a bit. As to the OP I am new to anal but it makes me feel like I need to use the bathroom when I have the butt plug in and also afterwards sometimes it takes a while for me to have to use the bathroom.

I'm definately not an expert, having only done anal three times so far with my Master (love it, not really his thing though). But like with the vaginal walls i would guess with long term use the anal muscles would become more relaxed and stretched over time possibly causing some minor problems such as leeking if she has loose stools or the inability to squeeze herself shut if sudden bouts of "oh no, i gotta gooooo" arise..Course this is probably very easily countered with kegal excersizes, and would only likely occur if she was required to constantly wear some kind of anal plug.
