Haven't written a poem in years, but reading this forum inspired me to put pen to paper again.. not exactly my best work, but would be interested in anyones comments

Once upon a time,
i was hurt by a man,
i have my Masters promise,
i'll never feel that again.

That angry fist,
That woke me from sleep,
And then again,
No time to weep.

Young, foolish,
And miles from home,
Don't believe,
i've been more alone.

Raped and invaded,
Under a guise of care,
A glimmer of love,
That was never there.

My Master He saved me,
From an endless abuse,
Gave me meaning,
And put me to use.

Now i have found myself,
Safe in His arms,
He'll whip me and use me,
But He'll keep me from harm.

this, in a nut shell, displays the vast difference between BDSM and abuse... as you so aptly wrote, there IS a constellation of difference isn't there littleone? Well done!
