ODE TO THE WHIP

Tickling, loving, sensual
Harsh, stinging and deliciously painful
His coiled motionless form is called upon at need
By the Master when its time to show
His submissive restrained by collar and lead
The long sinuous body and the tongue that can scold
With devastating speed.

I enjoy how you give the whip a life of its' own :

Although the whip is not alive the response it illicits from you does have a life of its' own.

p.s. - I just realized that perhaps the "His" in that line is referring to the Masters' possession of the whip [so greatly described with snake-like features - awesome wording!] - either way - whip with life of its' own or Master's possession of the whip - this was a great read.
