I've been reading a blog on orgasm control recently and this substance keeps coming up.  Does anyone know what this is, what it does, and what the effects are?  I'm very wary about using anything meant to have a chemical reaction on someone without knowing about it and, so far, I can find precious little info.

If I am reading it correctly, it has the same ingredients for the most part as my arthritis rubs for my back. Its safe enough for most skin, though not necessarily as pleasant as they make it out to be. I'd say stick to straight menthol, I know how that works and it does what it does nicely.

Listerine strips that melt in your mouth, sucking an altoid, or rubbing her clit with toothpaste that you put on your tongue before licking her clit does about the same thing.
The icy hot vapors, coupled with the warm hot is very stimulating & increases circulation to those areas.
It does feel sensually different and can heighten arousal IMO.
