Status: offline 		I found out last night that I had displaced my collarbone when I fell...
I put it back (that was how I found out) but I think my right shoulder blade it still fucked up

I can wrap my shoulder up myself, and at some point I might even find my heating pad for it.

and my best friend, who was a massage therapist looked at it and told me that what I needed was someone to keep pushing my shoulder blade back in place until the swelling is all gone
